Last Friday, when the rest of the
school was having Dezemberfest, the Kittredge Leadership Academy, or KLA for
short, went on a field trip to Oglethorpe University. They go to one university every semester.
They listened to a lecture about
studying abroad when you get into college. Also, they got to take a tour of
Oglethorpe. Finally they got to eat the university’s food which included
Mongolian stir fry, cookies, ice cream, pizza, and chicken tenders.
